Thaani Consulting is led by Olayinka (LaYinka) Sanni, an award-winning coach and change facilitator who helps leaders create meaningful change in organisations of all sizes.
She has guided emerging managers through to senior executives across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
Her background in teaching, coaching, and facilitation shapes every room she works in. She hears what's often left unsaid, asks the questions others might shy away from, and curates experiences for people to say what's true for them.
