Thaani Consulting is led by Olayinka (LaYinka) Sanni, an award-winning, international transformation coach and leadership development consultant.
Olayinka specializes in working with values-based organizations and leaders to identify the root causes of leadership challenges, and supports them to transform their self-leadership, which in turn transforms their teams.
